85Where do I find Bad Company 2 Satellite Uplinks / M-COMs in singleplayer?
Some Satellite Uplink / M-COM locations in Bad Company 2 can be tricky if you're not checking every building or behind every tree, so here is a guide to help you find all the Battlefield Bad Company 2 M-COMs in singleplayer.
All directions are given respective of the map you are shown when in the menu, as the minimap rotates with the player's direction.

Where to find M-COM 1:
After running aground and being ambushed, head forward and go up the hill either side of the big tree instead of bearing right. The M-COM station is at the top inside a small wooden hut. Sarge will give an audio cue to destroy it.

Where to find M-COM 2:
Just before reaching Flynn's weapon cache, on the main route, you can't miss it.

Where to find M-COM 1:
After leaving the sniper nest, cross the river and head for the building second from the west on the other side. The M-COM is inside.

Where to find M-COM 2:
After assaulting Upriver, the M-COM is located inside the building behind the MG-Tower, to the South West.

Where to find M-COM 1:
Once you have killed the MG head to the left and go up the steps leading East. The M-COM is inside the building at the top.

Where to find M-COM 2:
Before taking the jeep, enter the building to its left, the M-COM is inside at the Northern end.

Where to find M-COM 1:
After being separated from your squad, head down the snowy slope, keeping in the middle between the buildings, keep going till there is a small wooden hut to your right with the M-COM inside.

Where to find M-COM 2:
Make your way from heat source to heat source until you come to a small stone bridge, enter the first building on the right from the door on the left side, then double back on yourself and climb the ladder in the room with the bathtub. The M-COM is on the roof.

Where to find M-COM 1:
Just after dealing with the first TOW launchers, before you enter the UAV, face east and head towards the large wind turbine and sand bagged area. The M-COM is just behind these.

Where to find M-COM 1:
Once you have left the tank for the second time, and have come under fire from the armored MG position, head into one of the last houses on the left with a band of red around the bottom and a wooden shelter outside. The M-COM is just inside.

Where to find M-COM 1:
Once you've left the Humvee, there will be an ammo resupply crate just inside the village. Head past this, and the building infront of it. The M-COM will be in the open on your right.

Where to find M-COM 2:
Make your way through the bombardment. Once you see the tunnel, and some enemies in the water, the M-COM is just to the left beforehand.

Thanks for the guide here. Very helpful, iff possible can you create a guide for the collectible weapons within the single player campaign as well. I just need one more (USAS-12 w/Enhanced Slug) and its quite a nuisance trying to find it.
what is a sub machine gun in this game?
A sub machine gun, or SMG, is a smaller more compact automatic weapon. It combines the high rate of fire of an assault rifle with the ammunition of a pistol. In BC2 you can use a few of em...check out ultimateprestige.com for a quick rundown. What may confuse some people is that in BC2 you use the SCAR-L, the SMG version of the SCAR-H in MW2. Same with the AUG...in BC2 you're using the assault rifle version, and in Mw2 you use the LMG version.

The USAS 12s can be found on "Crack in the sky". if you take a look at the screenshot over the map, there will be two amunition boxes. the USAS 12S is in a container behind it.
I know where to find the usas 11 enhanced slug is it's in crack the sky before encounter the mg it can be found in the green crate next to the ammo box
