Welcome to Part 1 of the Battlefield Bad Company 2 Weapon Collectables / Collectibles Guide. Part 1 of the guide gets you started with the first 11/30 (including your standard issue XM8 S). This part of the guide covers the first two missions and their respective Bad Company 2 Weapon Collectables:

First seen in mission: Cold War.

After taking out the first patrol at the beginning of the mission, this is one of the weapons they drop.

After seeing the agent being shot and storming the village, one is dropped by an enemy up the slope after the light vehicle.

First seen in mission: Heart of Darkness.

One of the first weapons found in Heart of Darkness, along with the AEK-971. After you defend from the attack, it is infront of you in a small building at the edge of the water, and is one of the weapons marked with a gun on your map.

Head down into the middle of the settlement at the beginning of the mission, a militia soldier will be crawling towards you. He will die and drop the AEK-971 when you get close. Almost all other militia in the level also carry this weapon.

Once you have defended against the militia near the beginning of the mission, and are under fire from the gunboat, head a little up the hill you were attacked from (the left side) and then turn right at the top, the M2 CG launcher is a marked collectible on the map.

After destroying the gunboat and being tasked with finding transport, the MG 3 is just outside the boathouse next to the boat. It is the third collectible in this level marked on your map.

Found on your left after going up two flights of steps and past a building headed towards Flynn's weapon crate drop.

First seen in mission: Heart of Darkness.

In the militia logging camp, is under the roof of the main cut planks storage area ("Compania De Construccion S.A."), and marked on your map as a collectible.

First seen in mission: Heart of Darkness.

After leaving the logging camp and entering the "E&M Materiales De Construccion", the TOZ-194S will be the weapon collectible marked on your map towards the middle of the area.
